Register a website, create a placement, install its code on a public page, then submit the page for manual approval. No DNS verification is required.
Referral programme
Earn 10% of referred publisher earnings from qualifying lifetime ad activity. The publisher keeps their full 70% share; the referral commission is funded from NOTABIS’s platform allocation.
Earn 20% of a referred advertiser’s first qualifying NT purchase. Only completed, eligible, non-refunded purchases qualify; repeat-purchase commissions are disabled initially.
One-level referrals only. No self-referrals. Invalid publisher earnings and refunded or charged-back purchases do not qualify; corresponding referral rewards may be reversed. Referral rewards are credited in NT, not cash.
